Les Mills Quarterly Workshops are always looked forward to by Instructors. It is a once-in-a-quarter chance to network with other instructors, meet the local Presenters and Trainers, and above all, experience what is new in the Quarterly Releases.
Every three months, Les Mills Presenters conduct a seminar on the latest developments in each of the workouts and follow that with the program Masterclass. All our instructors get to experience these workouts as their members would for the first time in a Les Mills class. The seminar consists of technique sessions, coaching drills, and anything that we think could improve the member experience. It is no wonder Instructors look forward to these sessions!
So, why is a Quarterly Workshop important for a Club? It is a regularly occurring opportunity for your Instructors to update themselves on what is new in the workout and keep your members coming back for more every week. It is also a chance for them to have a touchpoint with our Presenter and Trainer team to ask any questions about the workout, how to become a better Instructor, or even just have someone take a look at their technique. This makes it a great opportunity for Instructors to work on their development every three months and continuously work on providing the best experience to members. And the best part- it comes at no additional cost. These development sessions are part of what Instructors pay for when they purchase the latest Digital Kits.
Every quarter, our Instructors emerge more engaged with the brand and more inclined to join other training modules, including Advanced Training, right after a Quarterly Workshop. An engaged Instructor is a better Instructor who keeps members loyal to the Club.
Les Mills Quarterly Workshops return for the second round this year in the month of June in all the key cities in the region.
