The Main workout area will have both mixed sessions and ladies-only sessions. The ladies-only area will have an all-female staff, from the ushers to the trainers to ensure that women feel comfortable and confident while working out.

The Ladies only area will not be filmed for marketing purposes, but the presenters will be photographed during sessions by a female photographer. Attendees will not be filmed or photographed in the ladies-only area.

Yes. All our workouts are catered to all fitness levels. Our presenting team with demonstrate different movement options for different levels. Make sure to follow the beginner option to avoid any injury.
