We’re going big in Berlin with the fusion of LES MILLS LIVE and a live filming production of our newest workout innovations, as well as immersive experiences of music, movement and performance over two incredible days.

LES MILLS LIVE Berlin is taking place at Kraftwerk Berlin, over two days - Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October 2024.

While our workouts are designed for everyone, LES MILLS LIVE is only open to attendees who are 18 years of age or older.

Wear your favorite workout gear but try to avoid bright fluorescent colors or large logos on your apparel. It’s going to get sweaty, so it might be a good idea to bring an extra workout top (or three!). And don’t forget to bring something to keep you warm between workouts.

Bring everything you need to get you through your workouts; a change of clothes, drink bottle, a sweat towel and anything else you need to keep you going.

At LES MILLS LIVE Berlin, you’ll get a unique behind the scenes look at how LES MILLS workouts are filmed. There may be some resets and retakes during filming and some programs can take longer than usual to film.

Yes, there are plenty of zones to take selfies and capture you and your friends at this iconic event. If you are sharing video taken in the filming studio, please keep your clips to a maximum of 15 seconds (for music licensing reasons) and remember to use the hashtag #lesmillslive #lesmillsliveberlin #adidaslesmills

To be on the safe side, we recommend being at the venue at least 60 minutes before your first scheduled workout. LES MILLS LIVE Berlin is a large event and live filming production so we must keep to time.

Your help is needed to ensure everything runs smoothly so being in the queue before your session begins is important. We promise to provide plenty of fun and exciting activations to check out while you wait for your class to start.

Queues will open for each workout approximately 60 minutes prior the start time. But don’t worry, our team will inform you when queues open.

As part of your ticket to LES MILLS LIVE Berlin, you will also be able to access The Playground for a limited time before or after your workout/s.

The Playground is where you can immerse yourself in play and explore new music and movement experiences brought to you by Les Mills and adidas.

The Playground will be open approximately two hours before our first workout of the day and will close immediately following the start of our final workout for the day.

You want to be at the venue at least 60 minutes before your first scheduled filming workout. This will give you plenty of time to visit The Playground, where you can immerse yourself in play and explore new music and movement experiences.

There are a small number of food outlets that will be available during the event. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunch and refreshments.

You’ll need a credit or debit card to pay for any purchases you want to make at the event. This includes any purchases at the adidas retail store, any food and beverage vendors, and any event partners. You will not be able to make any cash transactions.

No, there are no shower facilities. There are plenty of toilet facilities throughout the venue.

Yes, there will be free open bag storage and lockers available on a first-come, first-served basis. No bags are permitted into the Filming Studio. Please avoid bringing large and valuable items to the event.

The studio timetable for the Les Mills Lab will be made available prior to the event. You will be able to book via the adidas/adiClub app from 26 September.

Unfortunately, due to the strict capacity limits based on available equipment and space, we will not be able to release additional classes. We encourage you to book early to secure your spot.

Yes – a special discount for Les Mills certified Instructors will be available during LES MILLS LIVE Berlin. Instructors must show their photo ID and open their Instructor Releases app at point of sale.

No, BODYCOMBAT has been designed for everyone. If you are a beginner, you can start with the basic sessions and increase the difficulty as your fitness progresses.

We've got you covered. All you need to do is make sure to wear comfortable clothes and keep a bottle of water nearby - hydration is very important!

As this is an R18 event, you will be required to show photo identification. Because we don’t want you to bring valuables into the premises, we recommend you bring a copy i.e. a photo of your identification rather than the original. We strongly suggest keeping anything of value on your person or secure at your hotel.

Your photo ID will also be necessary if you can’t produce your ePASS.

On-site registration is your first step at LES MILLS LIVE Berlin. This is where you will collect your personalized wristband that allows you access to the event and your workouts. Be sure to have your ePASS handy which has been emailed to you directly from iTICKET.
As this is an R18 event, you will be required to show photo identification.

If you can’t produce your ePASS, please speak with the registration team and present your photo identification so they can verify you.

YES, pre-registration will open to the public from 4pm-7pm on Friday 18 October.
We encourage participants to pre-register to ensure a speedy entry on the day of their workout.

Registration will open from 6am – 5:15pm on Saturday 19 October, and 6:30am-3pm on Sunday 20 October.

We require all ticket holders to register themselves in person at the venue. We cannot issue wristbands on behalf of anyone else.

Please have your ePASS handy when you arrive at the venue. This would have been delivered via a link via email from iTICKET, after your purchase. Or you can log in to your iTICKET account and locate your ePASS there.

If you do not have your ePASS or your confirmation email, you are required to show photo ID to receive your personalized wristband.

Once you register on-site, ALL workout sessions for the entire weekend will be loaded on to your personalized wristband. You will only need to register once. Plus, any additional workouts you purchase over the weekend will automatically upload to your wristband.
Please take care not to remove or lose your personalized wristband until after the event weekend.

This is your personalized ticket to LES MILLS LIVE Berlin.

Once you check in with your ePASS at on-site registration, your wristband will be loaded with the workout sessions you have purchased. Your wristband will be scanned upon entry to the queues for the filming studio. Your wristband will register which workout zones you have access to, giving you access to the zones you’ve chosen.

You will need your ePASS to receive a wristband for entry into LES MILLS LIVE Berlin. You will not be admitted into LES MILLS LIVE Berlin without a wristband.

You will have one wristband for all your workouts. Please take care not to remove or lose your personalized wristband until after your last workout.

Any lost wristband may incur a replacement fee of 10€. If you’ve lost your wristband, please visit the registration desk. Be sure to have your ePASS or photo identification handy, and a credit card for payment.

Your wristband will be scanned upon entry to the queues for the filming studio. Each time your wristband is scanned it will show your wristband ID, name and display a green (approved to enter) or red (declined entry/wrong event) light. It will also highlight which zone you have entry for.

No. Once we’ve loaded your personalized wristband, there can be no changes made to your workout schedule. However, any additional purchases can be made and will be automatically updated on your ePASS and wristband.

Don’t panic. We will have a help desk within The Playground. Please ask any member of the crew for direction on where this help desk is located.

Your ePASS can be scanned directly from your phone.

Depending on where you are coming from, there are many ways to get to the venue.
Departing from Berlin Central Station, you can either take the subway to Jannowitzbrücke (S3/S5/S7/S9) or the metro to Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8).
Departing from the airport, there are different options to travel to the venue e.g. take the subway to take the subway to Jannowitzbrücke (S9) or the regional train to Alexanderplatz (RE8) and changing to the metro to Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8) next.
Either way, we recommend dropping your luggage at your accommodation first.

There are no parking spaces at the venue, so we recommend either parking your car close by or leaving it at your accommodation and taking public transport.

Our commitment to taking Les Mills’ Masterclass Filming outside of New Zealand once a year is a massive exercise. Unfortunately, we have to make some tough calls for the LES MILLS LIVE experience to fit within a weekend (two-day) schedule.

BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT are our most popular programs and we want as many people as possible to be able to experience these workouts at LES MILLS LIVE Berlin. For this reason, both of these workouts feature in our lineup twice. The same presenter teams will lead the workouts and we’ll be filming both sessions as part of our Masterclass Filming.

You can purchase tickets for as many different workout sessions as you like during the weekend. However, you can purchase ONLY ONE TICKET PER CLASS. This means each individual attendee must purchase their own tickets – you cannot purchase tickets for other people. This is because we are using a unique, fully digital wristband system, that will register only your individual purchases. This also aligns with our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and helps ensure as many people as possible can experience the magic.

Please consider what is safe and reasonable for your body to endure before signing up for many workout sessions.

The iconic Kraftwerk Berlin venue is an ex-Powerstation and integral building of Berlin history. It has some incredibly unique spaces allowing for immersive training zones. It also has some areas that result in restricted viewing of the main stage.

During workouts that use equipment there will be two different training zones:

• The Blue Zone is an elevated experience that will enable you to feel up close and personal with the presenters
  
  
• The Orange Zones may have some restricted viewing. However, LED screens will be in clear sight for ease of following along

Please note that if you purchase an Orange Zone ticket for any equipment-based workouts, you cannot choose which specific Orange Zone section you work out in.

Single workout ticket prices are 50€. For equipment-based workouts there are two zone options: 50€ for Blue Zone and 40€ for Orange Zones.

You can customize your ultimate LES MILLS LIVE Berlin experience by adding tickets as you please. Choose 3+ or 5+ workouts and you can enjoy great savings.

No. When you set up your personal iTICKET account you must use an individual email address. Any new purchases or modifications will be linked to the email address used and will show collectively under your personalized ePASS.

Your registered wristband will also be automatically updated with your new workouts.

No, all tickets are sold on a non-refundable or exchangeable condition, however if your circumstances change, the iTICKET customer support team will endeavor to support you where possible - subject to availability. A service fee of 10€ will apply for any changes made.

Yes, this is a live filming production, so you are likely to be caught on camera as you work out and move throughout the venue. By purchasing a ticket, you give your consent to be filmed.

Health and safety remains our number one priority at LES MILLS LIVE Berlin. Les Mills will not require any COVID-19 testing or proof of vaccination to attend but we encourage attendees to get tested before and after the event. Masks will not be required but attendees are welcome to wear a mask if it makes them feel more comfortable.
