If you’re an Instructor and skipping Q4 Instructor Release(s) sounds like a great option for you:

• Go to the Instructor Portal
• Select ‘Skip Quarterly (Q4/2021) Instructor Release’
• Choose which programmes you want to skip. If you want to skip all your programmes, be sure to select skip a release for each certification.
• You’ll get a notification within the Instructor Portal to confirm you’ve successfully skipped the Q4 Release(s).

Please make sure you check with your local Market support team on the dates you need to have this done by, in order to be successful.

For Clubs:

If you choose to skip the Q4 Instructor Release, we will be reaching out to your Instructors to let them know how to get the Q4 Instructor Release(s), if they wish to purchase for themselves.

For Instructors who’s Club have chosen to skip Q4 Instructor Releases:

If you’re an Instructor and you’re Club has decided to skip the Q4 Instructor Releases, you can still access the Releases directly, all you’ll need to do is ensure your billing information is up to date in the Portal.

Please make sure you check with your local Market support team on dates you need to have this completed.

As clubs have now re-opened and we're all getting back to what we love, to stay up to date with choreography and education so you’re teaching your participants the latest moves and music we would like you to purchase 3 out of the 4 releases per year.

Any skips made prior to this point are not counted, as we move into 2022 we hope more of you will be returning to teaching. But with the additional option to skip one release during the year, this will also provide some flexibility around this.

You can still skip this release, even if you’ve been on hold previously.

If you skip Q4, you will still be able to go on hold in the future if you are pregnant, injured or not actively teaching.

Whilst your Ongoing Education is included in your quarterly release cost, we want to continue to offer this to all Instructors for Q.4 regardless of whether you choose to skip the release so we can continue to support you at this time.

You have choice in if you want to skip one, some or all of your programmes. Under each certification you will select if you want to skip that release. If not action is taken for a specific programme, and you are subscribed to autoship, you will receive the release

Yes, if your club is not purchasing your release you can still purchase the release. Just make sure to update your billing information before the autoship run date. If you do not get your billing information updated you can still purchase the release through the releases store.

If your club is not purchasing your release and your billing information is up to date, you will receive and be charged for the Q4 Release. If you do still want the Releases, just make sure billing information is up to date in the Portal before the Autoship Run date. If you would prefer to skip the Release, make sure you follow the instructions on how to skip the Q4/2021 Release, before the Autoship run.

Absolutely, the release will be available in the releases store for purchase after autoship. Each release stays available for 2 years.

We’re sorry to hear that you received the release and didn’t want it at this time. We can easily refund you, as long as you haven’t downloaded it.

Once you have downloaded the release we cannot offer a refund. Similar to when you open the packaging on a CD or DVD (do you remember those days?) the release is now yours. We understand that you may have financial constraints but you have already accessed the release.
