RELEASES APP UPDATE

We are committed to improving your experience of using the Releases App.

We wanted to send out a quick note to let you know we have heard all of your feedback about the Releases App crashing, and we are really disappointed about this and the issues it is causing you. We have now identified the main bugs that are causing the app to fail, and are 100% focused on fixing these and improving the app stability across both iOS and Android.

This will take a few weeks as we go through bug fixes, testing and releases, but we hope you will start to notice improvements soon. We won’t be able to fix all of the issues at once, so are focusing on the big ones that are causing the most crashes. As we get through these issues, you should see better and better performance from the app. Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version as they become available so you can get these improvements and start to have a better experience.
