Hamza Ben Bkira, Les Mills Presenter Tunisia

Go-to outfit: I usually go for a pair of lightweight, moisture-wicking adidas shorts paired with a breathable tank top. I always opt for layers, like a zip-up hoodie, that I can easily remove as the day progresses. This combo provides maximum comfort and flexibility, ensuring I stay cool and dry throughout various workouts.

Practical essentials: I always carry a large water adidas bottle, a small towel, and an extra pair of socks. A good quality backpack is essential to keep everything organized, and I make sure to have some protein bars or snacks for quick energy boosts between sessions.

Comfort hacks: My top hack is to choose fabrics that are not only functional, but also stylish. I look for pieces with a bit of stretch and always wear shoes with good support for various activities. Another tip is to bring a change of clothes for after the workouts, it’s great to freshen up and still look put together.

Fav new trend: I’m really excited about the new range of bold colorways in adidas performance wear. The mix of functionality and fashion-forward designs makes it easy to stay on trend while performing at your best. I’m looking forward to pulling out a set in deep, earthy tones – think olive greens and rich browns. It’s a refreshing change from the usual bright colors and pairs well with most other items in my wardrobe.

Go-to outfit: I go for long tights, a sports bra, crop top, crew socks, hoodie/ zip hoodie, and a black waist bag – all adidas of course! HIIT leggings are ideal as they have a bit of compression and support for multiple workouts, and for shoes I choose either the adidas Dropset or Rapidmove adv. I usually wear a lot of black and white, with a pop of color in one or two pieces.

Practical essentials: My phone (and a power bank) are a must! I also need towel, lip balm (I am addicted to it!) and mints. I always wear my hair in a ponytail and my baby hair has its own will so I use the ‘got2b glued 4 brows and edges’ – it’s like a mascara hair glue that slicks everything in place!

Style hacks: Wear confidence, not clothes. Go for outfits that make you feel confident, comfortable, and athletic – because how you feel in an outfit will show on the outside. It’s never worth choosing a piece that looks cool but makes you feel insecure. It’s no good if you can’t move freely and are constantly thinking about your clothes and having to rearrange things. Been there – not worth it 

Fav new trends: Right now I am excited about the adidas Z.N.E. collection! The white jogger and the white zip hoodie combined with a black tight crop top or the white Z.N.E T-Shirt and the AVRYN_X Shoes in white. I’m in love!! Soooo comfy, looks so cool and I feel 100% me in that outfit. And violet! I love this new color!

Ben Main, Les Mills Creative and Trainer, New Zealand

Go-to outfit: I like to wear black matching sets. I know it makes me feel good and it works for all programs. Right now I love the adidas D4T tank and D4T shorts both in black. I will pair this with some matching colored socks and shoes. And I like to have a cosy t-shirt or hoodie to put on between workouts – of course, it has to match too, as does my bag!

Practical essentials: Spare socks, spare undies and spare tops. And a dry bag to put your sweaty gear in so it doesn't stink out the rest of your bag.

Fav new trend: I'm loving the arm sleeves right now, and the new season chocolate brown sets.

Julia Scheve, Les Mills Presenter, Austria

Go-to outfit: Layering is it for me. I would choose the adidas All Me leggings (because they are super comfy), a cool bra with enough support, a tank top and a zip-hoodie. This means depending on the room temperature, I can decide which outfit makes sense. For shoes I prefer the adidas Dropset, as they are versatile and work whether I jump or lift.

Practical essentials: I really love my adidas yoga duffle bag, it's not too big, but big enough to carry a towel, my hoodie or jacket and one or two extra bras and tank tops in case I get too sweaty. I also pack my own protein powder and cereal bars, as I know they work for me to bring some energy.

Style hacks: I like to put my hair into a strict ponytail and use a stick balm, so it stays in place. I only use little a foundation and no mascara – so I avoid looking like a panda bear!

Fav new trend: I am excited by retro shoes like the adidas SL72 or adidas Samba, because they come in really fresh colors. When it comes to clothes, I am loving the berry colors. I usually wear black, but the berry is making me want to show more color!

Rene Vogel, Les Mills Presenter, Germany

Go-to outfit: I always go for the same pair of favorite black shorts, and I usually match them with a plain top – so it fits all my workouts.

Practical essential: My phone. I love taking pics or making videos – funny ones, emotional ones… that’s me! I love to capture moments where I get goosebumps or when I know there is something big coming!

Comfort hacks: I always wash my hands and face after sessions, and I always bring deodorant, parfum and skincare for my face.

Fav new trend: I like the adidas Dropset 2 trainers and when it comes to tank tops, the new season colors are pretty amazing! Yellow, light blue, light green … I love these colors.

Nadja Tolles, Les Mills Presenter, Germany

Go-to outfit: I like to layer the basics in black and white, and then add my personal touch with some cute, colorful accessories. This way I can mix and match the key items that work across multiple workouts, from BODYATTACK™ to LES MILLS DANCE™.

Practical essentials: A big refillable water bottle to keep me hydrated, my adidas belt bag to carry stuff like my keys, my hydrating eye solution (POV life with contacts), and definitely some snacks.

Comfort hacks: For me, wearing the right bra is key to staying comfortable. I love the adidas Techfit Medium Support Bra, which I have in at least four or five different colors.

Fav new trend: Being a dancer, I just love the new adidas Z.N.E essentials. The white zip hoodie 😮‍💨🤌🏽

Anthony Oxford, Les Mills Presenter, United Kingdom

Go-to outfit: I layer up and arrive in a tracksuit with my workout outfit underneath. My workout outfit is usually shorts, with short compressions and a tank. All black is my go-to, but I also like a bit of color.

Practical essentials: A water bottle and mini sweat towel.

Comfort hacks: Layering and outfit changes! It’s easy to get cold between sessions, so as soon as one session finishes (depending on the gap until the next one) I replace my sweaty clothes with my next outfit, and I layer over a t-shirt and hoodie if needed.

Fav new trend: The Dropset 3 is the best version of these shoes yet, I love the colorways. Right now, I’m torn between the pink/black and the grey.

Camille Torralba, Les Mills Presenter, France

Go-to outfit: Leggings that fit me well at the waist (preferably black adidas leggings with white stripes on the sides), a bra (I find the adidas black techfit high neck bra is great for cardio classes) and any trainers I feel comfortable in (the rapidmove trainers work well across classes).

Practical essentials: I pack my backpack with a water bottle, towel, phone and change of clothes.

Style hack: I have been to many fitness festivals, and I always make a point of having a nice hairstyle that holds well and is a little out of the ordinary. I add a little makeup (waterproof of course!) and some glitters 

Fav new trend: Right now olive shorts, a pink aero impact luxe bra, and a pair of pink dropset 3 shoes is an amazing combo.
