Gold’s Gym franchisees from around the world ranked partners in several areas – such as customer satisfaction, support, and overall product quality – with Les Mills winning 2019 Vendor of the Year in the Non-Equipment category. The award was presented via a virtual awards ceremony video shared with the brand’s global network in late July.
Having been a Gold’s Gym partner for several decades, Les Mills has continued to provide world-leading group fitness products, services, and training for many of Gold’s Gym’s nearly 700 locations worldwide.
When COVID-19 shuttered large swathes of the world’s gyms earlier this year, Les Mills supported Gold’s Gym in keeping its members active and engaged with a range of digital solutions. This included free member access to the digital fitness platform LES MILLS™ On Demand, as well as a host of live-streaming solutions.
“Much like Les Mills, we’re a future-focused brand with a proud history and we sincerely appreciate the support Les Mills has provided Gold’s Gym and our franchisees over the years,” said Erin Risken Gregory, National Group Exercise Manager for Gold’s Gym. “The next year presents a significant opportunity for growth and we’re excited to work with Les Mills in taking our group exercise product to new heights.”
Sean Turner, CEO of Les Mills US, added: “Gold’s Gym is an iconic brand and one which we’re immensely proud to call a partner, so this award is a huge honor for all our team.”
