BODYATTACK™ 126: LISA OSBORNE
Presenters: Lisa Osborne, Ella Bryant, Suzie Szolosi, Hamza Benbkira
“This release feels cool and current,” says Ella Bryant, “whilst retaining the timeless, joyful feeling of togetherness that we love about BODYATTACK!
“My favorite track is 9 because the lyrics drive the intensity. Having said that, I love singing along to the Running Track — it’s been stuck in my head for weeks!
“In terms of innovation, there’s a new forward-stepping lunge pattern with knee lift in Athletic Strength. It’s an awesome challenge that will help participants build stability.”
Suzi Szolosi is also a big fan of Track 9: “It’s one of those songs where the beat literally controls your body. Another standout is Track 5, an absolute blast with a catchy rhythm. The song is called Everybody Work, and it couldn’t be more fitting!
“This release is all about pure training, with the passion and love for BODYATTACK shining through at all the right moments. Its simplicity allows Instructors to really connect with their class, motivating and driving members to reach their full potential.
“A little tip: keep an eye out for Track 2. The song is a bit different from what we usually hear in Mixed Impact but find the spots where you can relax and have fun with it. Members are going to love this one!”
“This release is really energetic and motivating,” adds Hamza Benbkira. “My favorite track is Track 8 Interval Training because it perfectly combines intensity and rhythm. The beat is motivating and it pushes you to work hard without even realizing it. Instructors will love this release for its variety and dynamism, which enables them to keep their classes fresh and engaging.”
BODYBALANCE™ 106: JACKIE MILLS AND DIANA ARCHER MILLS
Presenters: Kylie Gates, Khiran Huston, Berti Voigt, Maggie Cheng, Bram Prima Halim, Fraser Beck, BM Wu, Otto Prodan
Teachers and members are going to love BODYBALANCE 106 because it strikes a beautiful balance between intensity and mindfulness, says Fraser Beck. “It challenges the body with strength and stability while simultaneously offering moments of calm and reflection. There’s something for everyone, whether they want to push hard or focus on flow.
“Standing Strength is the standout for me. The lower body movements have a powerful push-pull dynamic, and Otto’s coaching on the Masterclass is amazing — he delivers intensity whilst keeping the energy light and fun. The track builds momentum in a way that really peaks towards the end, leaving everyone feeling strong and accomplished.
“Musically, You Can't Rush Your Healing by Trevor Hall in forward folds is incredibly moving. The lyrics and melody perfectly match the reflective tone of this segment, encouraging participants to connect deeply with themselves and their practice. Berti coaches this beautifully, creating a powerful emotional moment during the class that was palpable during filming.
“Teachers should take note of the subtle coaching cues that encourage deeper connection with breath and body awareness. These small but impactful details help guide participants toward a more mindful practice, enhancing the overall experience.”
BODYCOMBAT™ 101: DAN COHEN, RACHAEL NEWSHAM, VILI FIFITA, MENO THOMAS
Presenters: Rach Newsham, Vili Fifita, Meno Thomas, Lula Slaughter, Marlon Woods, Natasha Vincent, Rico Zhang, Honey Wu, Ben Dai, Chin Chen, House Chaalane
“It's a new dawn with the outstanding release that is BODYCOMBAT 101!” says House Chaalane. “When you’ve barely caught your breath from release 100, this workout arrives to shake things up again. With fresh music, new combinations, and innovative moves, BODYCOMBAT 101 is the perfect way to kick off the next chapter. It emphasizes repetition, multiple combos, and offers plenty of opportunities for you to master each sequence.
“What’s my favorite track? Muay Thai! Track 7 is usually the track I look forward to, but one exceeded my expectations! It is going straight into my top 3 tracks of all time. The OGs will recognise the vibe of Blade and will love it for that, while others will be like “OMG THIS IS INSANE!”
“We have two new moves for you: The traveling jump knee that will make you feel like a fighter in the movie Ong Bak, as well as the loaded cross. With this one, it’s all about loading to explode! Very powerful, very satisfying.
“This marks the beginning of a new hundred for BODYCOMBAT, and it's evolving in the best way — keeping things fresh while staying true to its roots as a martial arts-inspired workout. It makes you feel like a real martial artist with its dynamic combinations, keeping you fully immersed in the experience of a fitness class.
“On a side note, I know some Instructors are feeling a bit sad that Dan Cohen didn’t present on this release, but rest assured, he was there with us the whole time — providing the science, the feedback, and the energy we need to pass on to you. Dan is one of the best coaches I’ve worked with, always noticing the little things that can help you feel, move, and perform better. A true master at unlocking potential!”
Honey Wu says her favorite song is Track 8, Outside of Love. “The first time I listened to this song, I felt full of energy and love, which is exactly how I feel about BODYCOMBAT. Every single beat expresses my energy, passion and love for the program. Members will feel powerful and energetic in this track, and I am confident it will lift the energy and power to the next level.”
“My favorite tracks are 5, 6 and 8,” adds Rico Zang. “This is because of their intensity, and how perfectly the choreography is matched with the music.”
BODYJAM™ 110: GANDALF ARCHER MILLS
Presenters: Gandalf Archer Mills, Danielle Lally, House Chaalane, Amy Lu, Basso Chen, Candice Wang, Somnus Zhu, Rachael Newsham
Rachael Newsham is BACK in BODYJAM! Release 110 marks the return of the queen to the dance space, and we know you’re going to love what she brings to this release!
BODYJAM 110 is a masterpiece, says House Chaalane. “Every time I find myself thinking, ‘How can the next release possibly top the last one?’ the answer is simple: ask Gandalf, he’s the wizard! BODYJAM 110 delivers yet another incredible dance workout, blending Latino, House, Hip Hop, and more — all wrapped into one dynamic release brought to life by an amazing team!
“What’s my favorite part? All of it? Haha! I can tell you I had a little squeaky moment when I heard Hey Girl Hey Boy! It brought back so many memories from the parties! Good times! I can’t wait for Instructors to discover it and for the members to vibe and dance on this banger! Oh and the final breakout… goosebumps! Or should I say… Shiver!
“You might be surprised by the Hype track. Let’s just say things are not as slow as it seems — wink, wink. Block one is going to amaze you with its contrasts and different textures, and get ready for a high-intensity block two!”
BODYPUMP™ 131: GLEN OSTERGAARD, BEN MAIN, VILI FIFITA, KAYLAH-BLAYR FITZSIMONS-NU'U
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Kylie Gates, Ben Main, Anthony Oxford, Sami Niedschimdt, Maggie Chen, Lula Slaughter, Amy Lu, Honey Wu, Ben Dai, Rico Zhang
BODYPUMP 131 has plenty of new innovations for you and your members to enjoy!
In the Squat track, there’s an opportunity for you to go heavier than normal with a slower tempo. The narrow to wide press is BACK in the Chest Track to create a different stimulus for the upper body. In the Back Track, we perform hinge movements from an offset stance to ensure we’re strong on both sides of the body and minimize injuries. The Triceps Track includes a hip lift for a fully functional movement pattern that engages the glutes. Watch out for the new rainbow curl in the Biceps Track, and we also have an offset squat in Lunges. Enjoy the new Lu Raise in Shoulders — this was Glen Ostergaard’s highlight of the entire class!
The release is challenging in all the right ways, says Honey Wu. “It’s incredibly creative, with lots of new movements. My favorite track is Lunges, because of the magical combination of the music and the choreography.”
BODYSTEP™ 137: MARK NU’U-STEELE AND KAYLAH-BLAYR FITZSIMONS-NU’U
Presenters: Mark Nu'u-Steele, KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u, Summer Bradley, Ethan Morrow-Wilson
“There’s a real cool focus of mobility in this release,” says Ethan Morrow-Wilson. “We work deep into both the big and small muscle groups with space to really connect and be present in your body while training. We move between high energy and high output to slower, controlled, more defined and intentional movements. It’s a really fun balance while also holding true to the essence of BODYSTEP.
“I especially love the first block of Track 9. The energy, the intensity, the vibes, it’s exactly what you need when you’re that deep into the workout. It really helps you pull through to the end.
“Keep an eye out for the knee side-lift and drop in Track 7. This move is all about mobilizing the hips and working deep into the hip stabilizers. It can be really challenging, so be super inclusive. Let participants know the different levels and that it’s totally ok to stop and recover if they need to.
”My tip to Instructors is to take a moment to investigate and learn what the “deep six” hip muscles are – they play a crucial part in how the hips function. This helped me heaps in Track 7! It’ll enhance your understanding and in turn your coaching — not only for Track 7, but all movements involving the hips (A LOT in Step). It’s worth it, trust me.”
LES MILLS CORE™ 56: CREATIVE TEAM
Presenters: Kylie Gates, Vili Fifita, Otto Prodan, Corey Baird, Berti Voigt, Mariana Almeida, Sisley Pan
LES MILLS CORE 56 has a great combination of stability, strength, power, great music and a lot of fun, says Mariana Almeida. “In the past few releases, we’ve only had a few presenters, but this time there are seven of us on stage, how cool is that? Instructors will benefit from seeing multiple options showcased, a variety of coaching, plus lots of different ways of showing enjoyment because each of us is unique in the way we present. I loved it!
“What’s my favorite track? Track 4 was the best for me because Corey and Otto are two of my favorite presenters and they really brought the track alive. They’re incredible to watch as they’re in sync with their perfect technique, super educational coaching, but also bring the fun/cheeky element. Otto challenged me for some dance moves on this one, wait for it! Haha!
“Standing Strength 3 arrives with a bang. It’s an upbeat song, kicking the cardio up with a gallop and a multi-directional climber. I also love the music in Track 3, Sweet Disposition. This track has great power, contrast, plus we show a ‘grand finale’ as a team!
“Remember, it’s okay to not be perfect. LES MILLS CORE is a fun program, so enjoy it in your own way!”
LES MILLS GRIT 50
Presenters: Bas Hollander, Chin Chen, Ben Main, Des Helu, Sisley Pan, Sankha Peiris, Natasha Vincent
“This release is FULL NOISE!” says Sankha Peiris. “The music, the moves, the structure, the challenges - this has to be my favorite GRIT Release so far!
“I actually love all the tracks in this release. Each one has its challenge, and they’re all different. The music synchronises with the workout so well. My recommendation is to feel the music and use it to elevate your experience of this release.
“The structure is really innovative and there are some really cool advanced options. I think Coaches will enjoy teaching GRIT 50 because it’s pure fire. There are some big challenges in this release, so make sure you give lots of support and encouragement to your team!”
LES MILLS SPRINT™ 37: GLEN OSTERGAARD
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Khiran Huston, Anthony Oxford
“One key component of building deep physical fitness is the ability to repeat high intensity bouts of work at similar heartrates or power outputs,” says Glen Ostergaard. “The goal of this class is to test just that!
“First up are four efforts of power endurance, the kicker is the very short rest between intervals two and three, and the intensity lifts from there.
“We build on this with a sequence of 20x short efforts followed by two maximal sprint efforts to jack the legs into high gear while maintaining a high heartrate. This is followed by 8x 20:10 Tabata, focusing on heartrate in the standing phase and power output in the seated phases. We repeat this twice, aiming to sustain a similar heartrate or power output. As we get fitter, we can maintain consistent numbers across the class, signifying our progress.
“The final challenge is a beautiful melodic uplifting endurance track. We repeat two-minute intervals where we park the mind and engage the heart — have fun everyone!”
LES MILLS TONE™ 27: DIANA ARCHER MILLS AND KHIRAN HUSTON
Presenters: Khiran Huston, Vili Fifita, KB Fitzsimons-Nu'u, Marlon Woods, Mariana Almeida
“Buckle your seatbelts, LES MILLS TONE 27 is coming for you!” says Mariana Almeida. “We challenge our cardio endurance with TWO running tracks, build strength with simple and effective tracks to create that burn, plus a glute track that is going to make you shake, literally! Hahaha!
“My favorite track is Track 6 Resisted Cardio. Marlon and I had a blast with this one, so simple, yet offering so many benefits: ankle stability, lateral training and explosive power with a touch of Africa… who could ask for more?
“The Lunge variation in Track 5 is so cool!! You better get your legs/core ready for it, you need to pull the knee up and the leg might not want to respond! Run + lunges = ouchhhhhh!
“The creative team have been working very hard behind the scenes to fine-tune LES MILLS TONE into the program it is today: athletic, functional and accessible to everyone. This is the workout you didn't know you needed! The combination of Cardio + Strength + Core makes it the perfect all-rounder in just 45 minutes. You can't go wrong!”
RPM™ 104: GLEN OSTERGAARD AND BAS HOLLANDER
Presenters: Glen Ostergaard, Bas Hollander, Amy Lu, BM Wu, Hamza Benbkira
“We have two key focuses in this class, both of which will improve our cardiovascular fitness, strength, and make the ride super simple,” says Glen Ostergaard.
“First, in the speed tracks, the goal is to sustain racing resistance. Once that’s established, small tweaks will enable us to ride smooth and efficiently whilst maintaining a consistent heartrate — which will improve our fitness.
“Second, in the climbing tracks, we maintain the climbing pace and only adjust the resistance to release the legs. The consistency of climbing will build muscle endurance and strength.
“Lastly, RPM is a musical journey, so over the next few releases you will notice small shifts in musical choices; our goal is to provide you with the most uplifting, modern cycling music on the planet so ears on, hearts on, heads down, and enjoy the road!”
Hamza Benbkira adds: “Instructors are going to love the creativity of this release, with plenty of options to keep classes interesting and participants motivated. Members will appreciate the new challenges and the way the music drives the workout, making it feel like more than just exercise — it’s an experience.
“My favorite is Track 7 (Mountain Climb), because it has a perfect mix of intensity and flow. The music builds up just at the right moments, helping to push through those tough parts of the workout. It really keeps you in the zone.”
THE TRIP 39 – A E R I A
Presenter: Otto Prodan
We zoom in on a wooden model representative of the land we’re about to explore. It doesn’t include every detail, but the key details are there.
Along the way we encounter the wooden model several times as it maps our route and provides a sense of what we may encounter.
AERIA unfolds in Stages from the Peaks down to the Villages and Valleys, then up the Foothills, before we finish on a scenic route.
The ride is one continuous flow, and we encourage riders to slow but not stop anytime we recover to enhance this feeling. We’re also excited with our continued use of riding the in-between beat which we believe brings a more realistic road ride feel to the workout.
Being FRESH & FLEXIBLE is an approach we are currently highlighting and this time it’s Otto’s turn to show us how he does it. We hope his interpretation of FRESH & FLEXIBLE provides you with ideas and inspiration to take into your classes.
“I wanted to create space for people to have their own sensory experience, tapping into how they feel,” says Otto. “I focused on the action of being consistent and present, without creating a pre-determined expectation. My hope is this allows riders to fully immerse in the experience from the inside out.
“To assist with the immersion, I created some landmarks such as: ‘Let’s explore the Villages and the Valleys’ — some light story telling. By keeping it minimal it provides a sense of direction but provides room for exploration without detailed explanations.”
