• Where do I get it?
  LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT is currently only available on the Meta Quest 2 and 3. LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT VR is also available on PICO, and Playstation VR2 platforms. Please check on the respective stores to purchase the game.

• Is it connected to LES MILLS+?
  The game is a standalone product and is not connected to gym membership, IX certification, or LES MILLS+ subscription.

• If I have the game already do I need to pay for LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT?
  No you do not. Only new purchaser will need to pay for it.

• Can I play LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT on my Quest 2?Technically it can be played but the MR capabilities produced and optimized for Quest 3.

• Do I have to be in high physical condition to use LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT?
  No, BODYCOMBAT has been designed for everyone. If you are a beginner you can start with the basic sessions and increase the difficulty as your fitness progresses.
  
  
• Do I have to warm up or prepare anything before starting my BODYCOMBAT session?
  Yes, you should warm up before the session and you should stretch once you have finished. Our coaches Dan and Rachel will give you useful tips for this. Also make sure to clear the training area, wear comfortable clothes and keep a bottle of water nearby - hydration is very important!
  
  
• Do I need a big room to play BODYCOMBAT?
  You'll need a safe and unobstructed space measuring at least 2 by 2 meters.
  
  

• Can I play BODYCOMBAT on Quest 1?
  BODYCOMBAT does not support Meta Quest 1 due to some performance issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

• If I purchase LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT can I only play in MR?
  You can switch between MR and VR modes.

• How do I hit the targets with the knee?
  Grab the target with your hands and pull the target down fast at the end of the trail while you hit it with the knee in a powerful move. The pull-down movement has to be fast and the target has to be below your waist, if you move the target too slow or if it does not go low enough the hit will fail. Please watch Rachael’s tutorials in-game as a reference.
  
  
• Why do the targets have different colors?
  You have to hit each target with the hand of the corresponding color.
  
  
• Will there be a subscription model in the future? What will happen to the base content of the game?
  We are exploring all the possibilities to offer new quality content that meets the needs of all fitness enthusiasts. We do not rule out designing a subscription model but we are also considering the possibility of adding DLCs in the future. In any case, users who buy LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT now will keep the base content forever and will receive several free updates over time.
  
  
• What is a GOAL?
  This is your training plan. You set the number of days you want to do fitness per week. Now you have to accomplish that GOAL!
  
  
• What is a STREAK?
  A STREAK is the number of weeks in a row you have been meeting your GOALS.
  
  
• How can I win medals?
  Achieving your goals will reward you with medals that will be added to your inventory. This is how it works:
  
  Bronze Medal: You have met your goal 1-2 times this week.
  
  Silver Medal: You have met your goal 3-5 times this week.
  
  Gold Medal: You have met your goal 6-7 times this week.
  
  
• How can I see my stats?
  Your stats are visible in the left side of the main menu.
  
  
• What is the evolution graph?
  The evolution graph shows your different scores in a particular session.
  
  
• What is the power graph?
  The power graph shows the force you have performed in each movement, taking as a reference the maximum force.
  
  
• What are the 2 sessions that appear at the top of the main menu?
  These are the 2 recommended sessions for you right now.

• How does the referral algorithm work?
  The system always chooses 2 recommended sessions for you. These sessions are chosen based on:
  
  ● How you have performed in your last sessions.
  ● The feeling you have transmitted in your last sessions.
  ● Bear in mind: if you repeat too many sessions, the algorithm results won’t be very amusing.
  
  
• How can I 'favorite' a workout?
  To tag a favorite workout simply click on the star flag located at the top right corner of that workout.

1. Key Terms of the Promotion
Name of Promotion: BODYCOMBAT XR 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE

Entry Opening Time: Feb 18, 10 AM NZT

Entry Closing Time: Feb 28, 11:59 PM NZT

Entry Requirements: To enter, the following steps must be completed:

(a) Post your favourite BODYCOMBAT XR workout and why it’s your favourite on the LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT Official Facebook page or Discord Channel with the hashtag: #BODYCOMBATXR3;

(b) Be over 18 years of age; and

(c) Be based in an eligible territory where the Prize can be shipped – see clause 5 for a list of eligible territories.

Prize: There are three prize packages to be won. Each comprising a META QUEST 3, an adidas BODYCOMBAT 100 shirt, and Les Mills Towel.

Selection of Prize Winners: Shortly after the Entry Closing Time, the prize winners will be selected by the Promoter at random from all eligible entries and notified via the email address associated with their BODYCOMBAT XR account.

2. Promoter and Promotion

(a) The promoter of the Promotion is Les Mills Media Limited (Les Mills) (“Promoter”), Level 2, 200 Victoria Street West, Auckland, New Zealand.

(b) The Prizes in this Promotion are supplied by Les Mills Media Limited (“Supplier(s)”)

(c) This Promotion is only open to individuals who:
● are 18 years of age or older;
● are not resident of Rhode Island, United States;
● have completed the Entry Requirements between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time and meet the requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Page;
● are not employees or contractors of the Promoter or a Promoter Group Company; and
● otherwise meet all requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions.
A purchase is not necessary to enter or win.

3. How to enter

Follow the entry requirements set out above. Entry requires an entrant to have a current LES MILLS XR BODYCOMBAT app at the Entry Closing Time.

4. Entry opening and closing

The Entry Requirements must be completed between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time (such dates and times may be altered at the Promoter’s discretion). The Promoter reserves the right to accept early and late entries.

5. Prize and prize winner

(a) The prizes for the Promotion are as described above.

(b) The prize winner will be notified shortly after the end of the Entry Closing Time as described above. If the prize winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited, and a new prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries.

(c) The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for whatever reason the prize winner that has claimed the prize does not or cannot accept the prize, then that prize will be forfeited. Cash will not be awarded in lieu.

(d) The prize winner will provide the Promoter with a physical mailing address for delivery of the prize. The Promoter will arrange for delivery of the prize to the prize winner and will be responsible for the shipping costs (with shipping to be determined solely in the Promoter’s discretion). The Promoter will endeavor to dispatch the prize to the winner within a month of the Entry Closing Time. The prize winner should note that delivery delays may apply, and the Promoter cannot guarantee a delivery time. The prize winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and customs duties and any other expense not specified in the prize descriptions.

(e) By accepting the prize, the prize winner consents to the Promoter using their details and photograph for promotional and media publicity purposes.

(f) By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that the Prize can only be shipped to the following countries:
