WARRANTY INFORMATION FOR EQUIPMENT
Les Mills has 3 different equipment ranges:
1. SMART TECH equipment range;
2. LES MILLS equipment range; and
3. Other branded equipment products.

1. SMART TECH EQUIPMENT RANGE

SMARTBAR® barbell and weights plates;
• SMARTSTEP® bench and risers;
• SMARTBAND®; and
• MBX® Mat.

If you are a private consumer purchasing equipment for your personal, domestic use, you are entitled to the applicable legal rights stated in your national legislation concerning the commerce of consumer goods. The SMART TECH equipment warranties do not restrict these rights. However, please be aware that these rights do not apply if you are purchasing the equipment for business/commercial purposes.

SMART TECH general warranty terms
Les Mills’ SMART TECH warranties are valid only in countries where Les Mills has an authorized equipment distributor or reseller. They cover manufacturing faults occurring during the warranty period in SMART TECH equipment purchased from Les Mills or a distributor or reseller authorized by Les Mills. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand equipment or re-sold equipment. The equipment must remain in the possession of the original buyer/owner and bear the original manufacturer’s serial number (where applicable). The warranty period commences from the date on which the original buyer purchases the equipment. Warranty repairs will not extend the warranty period.
Les Mills’ SMART TECH warranties cover only failures due to manufacturing faults that occur during normal use. They do not extend to faults resulting from normal wear, misuse, abuse, corrosion, improper storage, damage incurred during loading or transportation, where the equipment has been used other than as recommended by Les Mills or modified without the consent of Les Mills.
Les Mills’ SMART TECH warranties are invalid where the equipment does not bear its original manufacturer’s serial number sticker or similar identifier or where such sticker or identifier has been removed, altered or tampered with in any way.
Neither Les Mills nor its authorized equipment distributors or resellers will be liable for any defects due to reasons beyond their control or for consequential damages or for breach of any implied warranty on any item of equipment.
If you wish to make a warranty claim with respect to any SMART TECH equipment that you’ve purchased from Les Mills or one of our authorized distributors, please complete our standard warranty claim form or contact your local authorized distributor of LES MILLS branded equipment products.

2. LES MILLS EQUIPMENT RANGE

Yoga mat;
• Travel mat;
• Bags;
• Rollers;
• Straps;
• Massage balls;

Claim Process for equipment purchased from your local LES MILLS equipment distributor
In the event that you wish to make a warranty claim for any of the equipment ranges, please complete and submit the warranty claim form, ensuring you complete all the relevant fields. If incomplete information is provided, this may delay the processing of your warranty claim.
The warranty claim form will be sent to your local Les Mills equipment distributor for assessment and follow up.
Enquiries regarding warranties should be made to your local Les Mills equipment distributor in the first instance. Please contact us for any further inquiries.

Claim Process for equipment purchased from an authorized LES MILLS equipment reseller
If the equipment was purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact that reseller to make a warranty claim.

WHERE IS MY SERIAL NUMBER?

    The serial number for SMARTBAR is located inside the gator head. Pull the release on the gator to reveal the serial number.

    The batch code dial is located on the top of the plate near the Les Mills logo.

  • SMARTSTEP

    SMARTSTEP

    The serial number for SMARTSTEP is located underneath the deck – see white sticker with serial number.

  • SMARTBAND

    SMARTBAND

    The batch code details for the SMARTBAND are located in the handle area.

  • MBX MAT

    MBX MAT

    The batch number is a series of embroidered lines located on the edge of the LES MILLS label.

  • MBX MAT RACK

    MBX MAT RACK

    The serial number is located on a sticker on the side of the foot stand.

  • SMARTBAR RACK - GENERATION 2

    SMARTBAR RACK - GENERATION 2

    The serial number is located on a sticker on the side of the base plate near the foot stand.

  • SMARTBAR WEIGHT PLATES – GENERATION 1

    SMARTBAR WEIGHT PLATES – GENERATION 1

    The batch code number is located on the side of the weight plate adjacent to the handle.

  • CX Tubes

    CX Tubes

    The batch number is sewn into the tag near the webbing of the eyelet.
