Les Mills instructors have the unique ability to change lives and inspire others through the power of group fitness. It takes passion, energy, and an unstoppable drive to create classes that participants love and keep coming back for.

During spring 2025, we’re searching for someone who lights up every room, inspires countless participants, and creates unforgettable fitness memories. Is that you, or do you know an instructor who’s ready to step into the spotlight?

A qualified jury will review the applications and select those who will compete for the title of SUPERSTAR 2025 in four auditions and semi-finals leading up to the grand finale in Stockholm on 3rd of May.

WINNER OF THE COMPETITION

In addition to the title of being crowned this year’s SUPERSTAR, participants will compete for popular prizes.

These include amazing products from our partners ADIDAS, LES MILLS SMART TECH™, NOCCO, Ma Mane, Ultrahuman, Improve Educations and last but not least to perform on stage during LES MILLS LIVE Stockholm at Avicii Arena on August 30.

FAQ

AUDITION: How to take part in classes?

To take part as a participant in the audition classes you need to be over 18 and signed up for a spot. Spots are limited and how to book is explained and linked further up this page.

Only ticket holders can go to the event classes. No pets or kids unfortunately.

AUDITION: What track can I choose for audition?

You can pick from Q1 2024 - Q1 2025.

You will have 4 minutes to present, so either pick a track that’s less than 4 minutes or where you can shine before we’ll have to stop the music at 4:00 sharp.

AUDITION: My track is longer than 4 minutes, what do I do?

We know it can be hard to find a track shorter than 4 minutes. Choose a track you are comfortable teaching from 0:00 to 4:00. We will stop music at 4:00 sharp. It's okey if you only show one side choreography. The jury will look at technique, coaching and your over all performance.

AUDITION: Can I change program after applying?

You compete in the same program during the competition. If you are teaching multiple programs please choose your strongest program for your application.

APPLICATION: Can I film my application video without participants?

Yes! For the application video you can record yourself teaching a track with our without participants. The jury will look at your technique, coaching and energy etc, rather than the surroundings and participants.

APPLICATION: Who can apply?

LES MILLS NORDIC SUPERSTAR is a competition for Active Certified Les Mills Nordic Instructors.

APPLICATION: What programs can I apply in?

You can apply in Les Mills Signature Programs: BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYSTEP, BODYJAM, LES MILLS GRIT, LES MILLS CORE, LES MILLS DANCE & LES MILLS TONE.

If you compete in BODYJAM make sure to choose a learning track.
