LES MILLS NORDIC SUPERSTAR is a competition for Active Certified Les Mills Nordic Instructors.

You can apply in Les Mills Signature Programs: BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYSTEP, BODYJAM, LES MILLS GRIT, LES MILLS CORE, LES MILLS DANCE & LES MILLS TONE.

If you compete in BODYJAM make sure to choose a learning track.

We know it can be hard to find a track shorter than 4 minutes. Choose a track you are comfortable teaching, no matter length and simply cut your video to be 4 minutes. It's okey if you only show one side choreography. The jury will look at technique, coaching and your over all performance.

For applications you are welcome to choose any track you want from a release you have purchased.

Later for auditions, instructions will follow with invitations.

You compete in the same program during the competition. If you are teaching multiple programs please choose your strongest program for your application.

Yes! For the application video you can record yourself teaching a track with our without participants. The jury will look at your technique, coaching and energy etc, rather than the surroundings and participants.
