Education on the App
There is now more education content on the Instructor Releases App, including information about diet versus exercise, fighting obesity, the Les Mills food pyramid, and The Ultimate You.

The latest updates to the iOS Releases app are part of the exciting first steps to making the Releases app both a great learning AND teaching tool. With new features to the music player which allow you to add customizable time gaps, and continued stability and speed enhancements, these exciting updates are the first of many for the Releases app this year. If you are a current Releases App user, we’d love to hear from you! Please leave us feedback in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Instructor Training page Update
If you’re in the US you might have seen on the Instructor Training page on lesmills.com that all event details, including availability, are now updated in real time.This will be rolled out to other countries very shortly. Thanks to those of you who raised this issue and those who helped us with your feedback; we hope you enjoy the changes. This is only the beginning as we are planning further improvements over the next few months.
