Les Mills Qualifications Grade Review is an assessment framework to help you become the best version of yourself. It is designed to recognize your talents as an Instructor and provide you with personalized feedback and a development plan based on your strengths in the 5 Key Elements:
- Choreography
- Technique
- Coaching
- Connection
- Performance
You will receive a GRADE for each of the 5 Key Elements that will help you to clearly see your strengths as an instructor.
You will receive a Grade for each of the 5 Key Elements, a combination of these will give you an outcome, a level.
Get started with your Les Mills Qualifications Grade review
- Film a whole class with at least 5 visible participants
- Go to Les Mills Connect
- Go to ‘Certifications’ -> ‘My Certifications’
- Choose your Program -> ‘View Certification Details’
- Click ’Submit Grade Review Video’
- Follow the step-by-step instructions
