WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR LES MILLS SPRINT AT HOME?

An indoor bike is all you need. You can do SPRINT online in normal workout gear and shoes.

If you want to make the ride more comfortable riding in cycle shorts can be a great option. You can also choose specialized cycle shoes if you wish.
